Mitch Mekulsia - 1795

Austin,TX

Lo! Unto us a hero is born! Mitch Mekulsia a stand-up comic and filmmaker living in Austin, TX. He was born and raised in western Pennsylvania, the kind of place where the smiles don't come cheap and the heartbreak is always served fresh on tap. Also, nearly everyone is tragically addicted to Oxycodone.

But not our Mitch! Pah - He doesn't even like pain-killers, so don't even bother offering. Here are some other cool or interesting factoids about ol' Mitchy:

His best friend growing up was his Grandma. He was a Marine! He studied Arabic. He dated an Italian girl for six years. He once stood outside in Iraq and shaved his chest while the mortar alarm was going off.

Mitch has a 7 year-old wiener dog named Elliot, and they solve crimes together. He likes comics, and takes Grant Morrison's seven year run on "Batman" very, very seriously, and thinks you should, too.

He’s good at stand-up! Greg Proops once bought him a book about the 12 Roman Caesars. He spent 3 days stuck in a hotel with Brian Posehn when a blizzard hit Pittsburgh. He wrote/directed a feature-length film called "What's it Like In California?" He’s single! He misses his ex.
