Covered and Smothered is a sketch troupe from Los Angeles, CA, formed in 2009 by founders Mike D'Alonzo and Dana Leahy, and dedicated to forwarding the craft of classic-style sketch comedy any way they can. Joined by new members Jeff Amos and Jonathan Goorvich, the quartet is a seasoned group, including among its accomplishments appearances on ABC and the BBC, Sundance, SXSW, and various comedy festivals across the country.

In addition, Mike D'Alonzo is one of the original producers of Out of Bounds, serving as executive producer for three years, and the founder of Out of Bounds West, which ran from 2007-09. He is very much looking forward to playing at the best festival in the country.

Coker & Stratton is a two man sketch group based out of New York City. They have performed at the New York City Sketch Festival, NC Comedy Arts Festival, and served as the 13 month champion of the sketch competition show Backyard Brawl at Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre NY. Coker & Stratton provide a presentational style of humor that leans towards the absurd. They mainly perform all of their sketches to the audience.

Jason Messina and Tabitha Vidaurri have been writing and performing together since 2007. They met at art school and have since used their background in film studies as a foundation for strange and cinematic sketch comedy. Using scenes, monologues and filmed sketches, Unisex explores relationships between people – romantic, platonic and supernatural.

Jason Messina is a writer, director, performer and graphic designer living in New York City. In between working in television for shows including Comedy Central’s “Ugly Americans” and HBO’s “Last Week Tonight”, he performs with his sketch group Unisex, and works producing monthly video content for The PIT. Tabitha Vidaurri has written for a variety of publications including Dangerous Minds, Publishers Weekly, The Jersey City Independent and Disney’s Kick Buttowski: Suburban Daredevil. Coldtowne Theater shows are Marathon-style, each group with 30 minutes of stage time. end to end, nonstop. Audience Members can sit in their chair as long as they like. from 6pm- 12mid with no reservations needed. First come first serve.
