The Laser Comedy Show

Improv – Chicago, IL.

FavoriteLoadingAdd to favorites

The Laser Comedy Show gives you a unique experience that combines performance artist, Chris Fair’s childhood love of drawing and any age group’s love of storytelling. The show uses laser reactive technology to paint worlds of characters that take you on a journey through out Chris’s imagination. As the drawings fade away, new ones spring to life, and the comedy is all in the details.

Chris Fair, a Chicagoland native, has been pursuing stand-up comedy since 2004 when he was attending Northern Illinois University. In 2008, he moved to Chicago to make his mark on the comedy scene and has been studying the art of Improvisation from all of the major training centers since early 2009. Chris has performed with many theatre affiliated and independent improv teams, but his passion is performing his solo act, The Laser Comedy Show, which is all about making funny marks.

Waiting for Batman

Improv – Austin, TX and Minneapolis, MN

It’s 1963. Commissioner Gordon and his chief of police, Clancy O’Hara have just phoned Batman to, once again, solve a (seemingly) unsolvable crime by one of Gotham’s most daring and egregious super-villains. The Caped Crusader leaps into action, per usual, and speeds toward City Hall in the Batmobile.

But what happens in those anxious 22 minutes? Who are these two men, who so cavalierly doff their responsibilities and bestow such easy trust to a masked man in tights? What gambit have they casually embarked on that stains their very souls with the resignation that they have no worth in the world other than to call someone else to handle their problems? It is here that we find that the real story was never with Batman, but with the incidental underlings known as Chief O’Hara and The Commissioner!

Eric Heiberg has been performing in improv since 2005 in the Austin, Texas improv scene and has loved every minute of it. Even though he now hails from the great white north of Minneapolis, he still relishes every opportunity to play “adult-make-believe” with his friends, whom he considers his Austin family.
Curtis Lucianni is an actor, an award-winning sketch performer in “Your Terrific Neighbors”, a champion roaster and an all-around tortured genius. Together, they smash-together like one of those yin-yangy things.
