Anna Suzuki - 1664

Shizuoka, Japan (now NYC)

Anna Suzuki's comedy has been described as "probably illegal in China." (-Her dad's Chinese coworker) Based on her experiences growing up in Shizuoka, Japan as a half-Japanese, half-Jewish person, Anna's stand-up comedy weaves together cultural similarities, differences, character work, storytelling, (maybe a lot of) anecdotes about Japanese porn (because they're pretty messed up, right?) and other elements.

Anna Suzuki was born and raised in Japan (by a Jewish dad and a Japanese mom, which makes her a Jap Jap). Currently based in NYC, Anna performs comedy all over the city. She is currently co-producer/co-host of the variety show, Soul Glo Project (UCB East Theater) and Okie Dokie Super Fun Time Now! (Pete's Candy Store, Brooklyn).
