"Your Town" is YDF's improv take on Thornton Wilder's "Our Town." Audience members help to shape the "town" through their suggestions of characters and locales. The "Stage Manager" helps to keep the story simple and wholesome and true to life. YDF brings their trademark style to the stage once again by incorporating aspects of short-form improv into long-form narrative. A down home good time is sure to be had as we travel through a few years in this this sleepy burg named, "Your Town."

Your Dad's Friends is a troupe of improvisers who have been playing together off and on for over 10 years. With a pedigree that includes such classic Austin troupes such as, Monk's Night Out, Ray Prewitt's 4th Grade Class, and Inflatable Egos, they have cemented themselves as the elder statesmen (and women) of Austin improv comedy. They pride themselves on a strong short-form background which they use to create formats that appeal to a long-form audience. Your Dad's Friends have appeared at Out of BOunds, Wafflefest, and the Improv Marathon at The Hideout Theatre.

Improv comedy finally has more guys. Join Jay Ashenfelter, Robert Boesel, Kevin Manwarren, Matt Moore, and Tim Simons for ManCamp. With each performer coming from a different "wheelhouse" of comedy, together they create shows that include strong characters, a little zaniness, a little edginess, and a dash of sweetness. They're like a bouillabaisse of comedy, without the fishy odor.

ManCamp uses the montage improv style to take the audience on a path down the rabbit hole of funny. ManCamp has performed in many LA comedy hotspots, including UCB Theatre, iO West, and Laugh Factory. They are a resident team at the Improv Space theater in Westwood and perform every Thursday night. You may recognize some of the ManCamp guys from their TV roles of selling burritos, computers, flowers, or HBO's new show "Veep."
