Too often, people think that playing faster means playing louder and angrier. In this workshop, we’ll explore the concept of playing faster with civility.

JEFF GRIGGS is the author of the book Guru; My Days with Del Close and the Story Producer for the NBC TV show Sports Action Team. He has most recently been seen performing for Second City on the NCL Star, Epic, Dawn and Pride of America in Hawaii, Alaska, Miami, Panama Canal and all throughout the Caribbean. He has performed and taught improv at the Chicago Improv Festival, Finland International Improv Festival, Twin Cities Improv Festival, Seattle Improv Festival, Tokyo Comedy Comedy Store, Austin Improv Festival, Toronto Improv Festival and the DSIF. In Chicago he’s a faculty member at Second City and IO Theater. He also performs with the team Aphasia and with iO Theater’s Deep Schwa and the Armando Diaz.
