False Matters does narrative improv where anything and everything can happen, as all of reality can be in flux in the world of Philip K. Dick.

False Matters is an improvised take on the speculative and often visionary science fiction worlds of acclaimed author Philip K. Dick. Each show will present a unique take on the psychedelic brew of Dick's themes, including the mutability of time, reality, and identity as well as conspiracy theories, mind-altering drugs, psychic powers, androids and off-world human settlements. False Matters brings together some of Austin's finest improvisers with an author whose sometimes wry, sometimes paranoid worldview endears him to cutting edge artists and audiences.

Oh Theodora is committed to creating fun, both for themselves and the audience. Oh Theodora performs silly, story-driven sketch comedy, often with surprising outcomes. The group enjoys playing with format and heightening their sketches to self-aware levels of absurdity. No gimmicks, just a fun show!

From Chicago, Oh Theodora pride themselves on performing dumb comedy for smart people. The AV Club Philadelphia calls Oh Theodora's sets "smart, astute scenes that slowly escalate into calculated insanity".

Past performances from Oh Theodora include the 2012 San Francisco Sketchfest, 2011 LA Comedy Festival, 2012 & 2011 Chicago Sketchfest, and 2011 Philly Sketchfest, as well as iO, Schuba's and The Playground Theater. Each month Oh Theodora hosts Show Theodora, and is the resident sketch group of The Lincoln Lodge. Its members have studied at Second City and Improv Asylum, headlined the National College Comedy Festival, and (briefly) appeared in the film Shutter Island.
